Evaluation of ability, aptitude, vocational interests, personality factors, and work style is available. Career options and planning can then be facilitated, along with job search, resume preparation, and educational and personal development skills. Testing is helpful to college students, as well as those wishing to change or enhance their career opportunities.

We also develop and implement personnel and executive assessment programs to provide the best fit between employer and employee. This is accomplished through in-depth, career focused interviewing and psychological assessment.

Vocational Testing and Career Guidance

The Center offers vocational testing and career guidance for individuals preparing to enter the workforce, those contemplating career change and those affected by corporate restructuring. The testing process includes assessment of abilities, aptitudes, interests, work style, values and personality dynamics. Counseling on assessment results, career options and developmental needs are identified in the counseling process.

Personnel and Executive Assessment

Through Corporate Initiatives, we develop and implement personnel and executive testing programs for a wide range of business organizations. These programs are custom tailored to the needs of our client organizations to ensure that there is the right ‘fit’ between employer and employee. Career focused interviewing, and assessment of mental abilities, interest, aptitudes and personality style are utilized in our assessment programs. We can also install testing services ‘on site’ to provide clients with quick, efficient and cost effective applicant screening programs.
