Several of our clinicians are certified in the EMDR process, a highly effective therapy for diminishing the effects of trauma and emotional distress. EMDR can be integrated into a standard therapy model or utilized as a stand-alone treatment for such problems as posttraumatic stress, anxiety disorders, and performance anxiety. Individuals who have experienced EMDR can expect to reduce the intensity of their emotional arousal and level of disturbance.
